Scheduled Maintenance
The HiDEC fab will be shutdown for maintenance on Friday, March 30th, 2007.
This shutdown is necessary to install a new water pressure regulator to the main water feed for the lab.
No entry into the clean room during this time is allowed, as the water shutdown will affect the scrubber and other systems.
