Anodization
- Materials available: Tantalum Pentoxide
- Substrate compatibility: Any substrate that can fit the processing tank
- Description: Anodization is accomplished via processing in a stand-alone tank on a common-area wet bench in the main HiDEC fab. Oxide quality and thickness is determined by various process parameters.
Plating
- Materials available: Nickel, Gold, Copper
- Substrate compatibility: Any substrate that can fit the processing tank
- Description: Dedicated wet benches are used for the plating of each material and are arranged to minimize cross-contamination.
