Thin Film Processing
Certain thin film processes have been in place at HiDEC since it’s inception, including metal deposition and oxide deposition. As would be expected, many other processes have since been added to accommodate the needs of faculty and various research efforts.
Although the configuration of the facility was originally geared towards multichip module fabrication, the tools at HiDEC are used by many different research projects from a number of disciplines and University departments to complete their work.
