Poster Printing

HiDEC offers a poster printing service to University of Arkansas students/faculty/staff.

Specifications

The posters are printed on a Hewlett Packard Z2100 Large-format printer. Posters can be up to 42” in length in one dimension.

Printing is usually performed from an original PowerPoint 2007/2003 file. Other formats are also accepted with prior approval. The HP Z2100 is capable of printing photo-realistic images at 2400×1200 DPI.

Pricing

The cost for a typical poster (e.g. 36”x45”) is $35. This is a minimum charge.

Larger posters or posters printed on glossy media will incur extra charges to cover the cost of materials used.

Payment

Payment for posters may be rendered via any University of Arkansas Cost Center Number (CCN) with sufficient funds (and an appropriate accounting category).

Students (and others) may be invoiced (to be paid by check directly to the University) in special cases (and with prior approval).
